Beautiful University Ave home
A gorgeous San Jose home in the Rose Garden area with existing concrete steps and patio. We added a beautiful travertine to the concrete flooring to completely change the look. The focal point from the start was going to be the fountain. In the corner of the yard, an unusual fire pit was added, which followed the fence line. A great blend between modern and traditional, fitting perfectly in San Jose’s beautiful old neighborhood.
